We’ll taste a curated selection of 6 wines, connected by depth and intensity. Expect smoky, earthy, mineral and spicy notes, unfolding across different grape varieties and styles.
This tasting is a journey through flavour and texture, guided by curiosity and the pleasure of looking beyond first impressions.
Pairings:
Wines will be paired with dishes from our kitchen, exploring the same mood through deep, savoury flavours, charred edges and touches of dark sweetness.
