1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, events, and purchases made at Oecumene Wine Gastro Bar.

By booking a table, purchasing a ticket, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

We kindly ask you to arrive on time; tables are held for 15 minutes unless notified in advance.

Some areas (e.g. bar counter, terrace) may not be available for pre-booking.

 

3. Private Events & Tastings

Private use of the Club Zone or other spaces requires a prior agreement.

A minimum spend or deposit may apply, depending on the size and type of event.

Dietary restrictions and intolerances must be communicated in advance.

 

4. Tastings & Tickets

Tickets for wine tastings and events are sold exclusively through our online store.

All sales are final; tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest by prior notice.

In case of cancellation by Oecumene, guests will receive a full refund.

 

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved providers.

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

 

6. Conduct

We are a judgment-free, no-snobbery space. Guests are expected to treat staff and fellow guests with respect.

Oecumene reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

 

7. Liability

Oecumene is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Participation in tastings implies responsible alcohol consumption; we encourage moderation and safe travel arrangements.
