What to expect:
Six sparkling wines from different countries and methods — from classic Champagne to pét-nats and Cava.
We’ll explore how the style, temperament, and texture of bubbles reveal their origin: which ones are born for applause, and which for quiet home pleasure.
After this evening, you’ll probably never say just “a glass of Prosecco” again.
Pairings:
