Some evenings are built around pasta — and everything that comes with it: comfort, depth, a little indulgence, and conversations that stretch longer than planned.

On April 9, we’re hosting a one-night dinner together with Matteo — an evening dedicated to handmade pasta, bold flavours, and that effortless Italian way of turning simple ingredients into something unforgettable.

All evening long, the focus is on the table:
five courses, rich textures, and just the right balance between elegance and comfort.

And of course — what’s in your glass matters just as much.
We will be pairing each course with wines or a full non-alcoholic selection, thoughtfully chosen to elevate every bite.

Because pairing is not about rules — it’s about pleasure.

Around one table, in our Club Zone, with only a few seats available, this is where dinner becomes something more than just food.

  • Ravioli with poppy seeds and lemon zest, mozzarella & roasted shrimps, bisque sauce
  • Agnolotti modenesi with roasted pumpkin, amaretti, nutmeg & Parmesan, brown butter & sage
  • Black tortelli with ricotta, mushrooms & truffle oil, shiitake thyme stock
  • Gnocchi with cardamom & juniper, carrot & Cointreau cream, spicy pecorino
  • Whipped ricotta with caramelized ‘nduja, pistachios, orange granola & warm bread
