Sparkling Wine Casino is a special edition of our blind tasting game dedicated entirely to sparkling wine. For it, we created a separate custom-designed casino board, built around everything that makes bubbles different: countries, grapes, production methods, vintages, ageing, styles and more.
In each round, our wine croupier serves one sparkling wine blind and gradually gives you clues — explaining how different styles are made, what to notice in the aroma, flavour, texture and bubbles, and which details might lead you towards the right bet.
You don’t need to know your Champagne from your Crémant before you arrive. The point is to taste, think, take risks, change your mind and discover just how different sparkling wines can be.
This edition includes 3 blind rounds — 3 different sparkling wines, with appetizers from the Oecumene kitchen served throughout the game.
