On this evening, we welcome Mirco Mariotti — a winemaker from the Adriatic coast, working with one of the most overlooked terroirs in Italy: Bosco Eliceo.
Flat, sandy, touched by salt and sea wind—a place where vines grow on dunes, just meters from the water, and where phylloxera never arrived. Ungrafted vines, some over a century old, still carry their original DNA.
These are what Mirco calls “beach wines.”:not polished and not conventional, but alive, honest, and deeply shaped by where they come from.
Together, we will explore his wines through a curated tasting, where each glass is paired with an individual appetizer—designed to meet the wine exactly where it is.
Because when wine has this much identity, it deserves more than just a sip.
